Riavvio e visualizzazione dello stato dei motori dei servizi abilitati su ESA/CES

Introduzione

In questo documento viene descritto come riavviare e visualizzare lo stato dei motori di servizio su Cisco Secure Email Gateway (ESA) o Cloud Email Security (CES).

Problema

Durante la risoluzione dei problemi, gli amministratori possono visualizzare o riavviare specifici motori di servizio (quali Antispam, Antivirus o DLP) sull'accessorio. A partire da AsyncOS 11.1.x, gli utenti con accesso SSH amministrativo possono eseguire queste azioni direttamente dalla CLI.

Ambiente

• Cisco Secure Email Gateway (ESA)/CES
• AsyncOS versione 11.1 o successive
• Accesso amministrativo Secure Shell (SSH)

Risoluzione

Attenzione: Il riavvio dei motori dei servizi può influire temporaneamente sul flusso di posta o su funzionalità di scansione specifiche. I servizi devono essere riavviati solo come parte della risoluzione di problemi noti specifici. Se non si è certi dell'impatto, contattare Cisco TAC prima di procedere.

1. Collegarsi all'accessorio tramite SSH ed eseguire il comando diagnostic, quindi selezionare services.

   Choose the operation you want to perform:
   - RAID - Disk Verify Utility.
   - DISK_USAGE - Check Disk Usage.
   - NETWORK - Network Utilities.
   - REPORTING - Reporting Utilities.
   - TRACKING - Tracking Utilities.
   - RELOAD - Reset configuration to the initial manufacturer values.
   - SERVICES - Service Utilities.
   []> services

2. Scegliere il servizio che si desidera gestire, ad esempio antispam.

   Choose one of the following services:
   - ANTISPAM - Anti-Spam services
   - ANTIVIRUS - Anti-Virus services
   - DLP - Cisco Data Loss Prevention services
   - ENCRYPTION - Encryption services
   - GRAYMAIL - Graymail services
   - REPORTING - Reporting associated services
   - TRACKING - Tracking associated services
   - EUQWEB - End User Quarantine GUI
   - WEBUI - Web GUI
   - SMART_LICENSE - Smart Licensing Agent
   - ETF - External Threat Feeds
   - SDR - Sender Domain Reputation
   - IP_REP_CLIENT - Sender IP Reputation Client
   - URL_REPUTATION_CLIENT - URL Reputation Client
   - SERVICE_LOG_CLIENT - Service Log Client
   []> antispam

3. Scegliere lo scanner specifico, se richiesto (ad esempio, case).

   Choose one of the following type of scanners:
   - CASE - CASE
   - IMS - Intelligent Multi Scan
   []> case

4. Visualizzare lo stato corrente del servizio.

   Choose the operation you want to perform:
   - RESTART - Restart the service
   - STATUS - View status of the service

   CASE has been up for 38m 38s.

5. Riavviare il servizio.

   Choose one of the following type of scanners:
   - CASE - CASE
   - IMS - Intelligent Multi Scan
   []> case
   
   Choose the operation you want to perform:
   - RESTART - Restart the service
   - STATUS - View status of the service
   []> restart
   
   Restart command processed. The service CASE should be up in a moment.

6. (Convalida) Verificare che il servizio sia stato riavviato correttamente verificando nuovamente lo stato. Il tempo di attività deve essere reimpostato.

   Choose one of the following type of scanners:
   - CASE - CASE
   - IMS - Intelligent Multi Scan
