CCAB is the most influential body for shaping future direction and business strategies for key customers, experts and partners - it is the forum to voice views for strengthening Cisco - partner relationships, building mutual success and creating greater profitability.


The Commercial Channel Advisory Board (CCAB) is a select committee of senior executives from Cisco and its key Tier-2 partners. Launched by Cisco in June 2004, CCAB is an important initiative designed to drive collective thought leadership in the Commercial marketplace and evolve its strategic partnerships so that the Cisco partner community is continually positioned for success.

CCAB meetings, held approximately twice a year, bring together up to 40 of the top Asia Pacific Tier-2 partners each time. During these meetings, we address critical topics and solutions for the Commercial market and work together to formulate more effective strategies that shape business decisions, products and services.

To date, CCAB remains an unrivalled platform for knowledge sharing and networking at a strategic level across the Asia Pacific region.

Target Audience

Participation is by-invitation only and based on the following criteria:

  • APAC Tier-2 (Premier or Select) partners only. Select partners should be working towards Premier Certification.
  • C-level executives and leaders from key business-critical companies, influencers in the market, revenue drivers.
  • Commitment of at least 2 to 3 years to the CCAB initiative so there is proper follow-through and continuity.


The main goals are to:

  • Provide a forum to share knowledge and experiences to grow the partnership.
  • Create an open, safe environment for networking and interactive discussions.
  • Strengthen relationships and synergies among attending CXO partners and Cisco executives.
  • Cultivate an atmosphere for on-going communications throughout the year.


Participation will allow you to:

  • Voice your thoughts on topics crucial to your business and feedback on what Cisco can do better to further strengthen the partnership for mutual success - this allows you to actively shape Cisco's strategic directives and drive increased differentiated value for our joint go-to-market plans.
  • Seek out business-driving opportunities in the course of networking with other high-level executives.
