Endpoints cannot dial into a conference even though the TS is registered with the Gatekeeper/SIP Registrar

Although the Telepresence Server is registered with the gatekeeper/SIP registrar, endpoints cannot dial in to a conference. Any suggestions?

The conference may not have started yet, in which case endpoints cannot dial in. However, if it has started, check that the conference has a numeric ID and that the option to register the numeric ID with the gatekeeper/SIP registrar is selected. To do this:

  1. Go to Conferences and select the conference.
  2. Click Configuration.
    There should be an entry for Numeric ID and the relevant check box for Numeric ID registration should be selected.
