Low frame rate video on an endpoint via the AM Gateway

Low frame rate video on my Cisco TelePresence endpoint via the AM gateway

If you are running Microsoft Office Communicator (MOC) on a PC with a Core i7 processor, MOC may send a frame rate higher than 25fps to the AM gateway. This causes the AM gateway to drop frames and results in a much lower frame rate being sent to the other endpoint in the call.

To rectify this, go to Settings > System settings on the AM gateway. Set the Default bandwidth from AM GW field to 1.00 Mbit/s. This will stop MOC clients from sending too high a frame rate to the AM gateway. This solution will not affect active calls.
