Booting the N3000 platform

A single image binary is now used for booting the Cisco Nexus 3000 platform. Kickstart and system images are no longer used.

Show processes memory

Starting with Release 7.0(3)|2(1), the StkSize, RSSMem, and LibMem columns are no longer displayed in the table for memory allocation processes.
