You can now give EPGs a custom name that carries over to a VMware vCenter port group or a Microsoft VM network. The feature is available for VMware vSphere Distributed Switch, Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM), and Cisco ACI Virtual Edge.

Enhanced uplink configuration

You can configure up to 32 uplinks for each Cisco ACI Virtual Edge distributed virtual switch (DVS), and rename them.

You also can configure failover for uplinks within endpoint groups (EPGs) associated with the DVS.

DHCP relay support for Cisco ACI vPod

Support for configuring a DHCP relay policy is extended to Cisco ACI Virtual Edge virtual machines (VMs) when Cisco ACI Virtual Edge is part of Cisco ACI vPod.
