Cisco Solution Support
Get access to Cisco solution expertise and centralized support across the Cisco and solution partner hardware and software in your HyperFlex System with Cisco Solution Support. Our solution-focused engineers understand how all the products in your deployment should work together and are accountable for case management from first call to resolution, no matter where the issue resides. Because Solution Support resolves complex issues on average 43 percent more quickly than product support alone, it helps maintain Hyperflex performance, reliability, and ROI.

Smart Net Total Care (SNTC)
For support of the entire HyperFlex System, Cisco offers the Cisco Smart Net Total Care Service. This service provides expert software and hardware support to help sustain performance and high availability of the Hyper-Converged environment. Access to Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is provided around the clock from anywhere in the world.

HX Data Platform Support for M6
Starting from HyperFlex M6 and HXDP 5.0(1a), service subscriptions are handled separately for Hardware and Software. The Hardware support pricing is aligned with Cisco UCS C series M6 hardware. The HXDP software support includes two different support categories - Basic and Solution.

Smart Net Total Care with Onsite Troubleshooting Service
An enhanced offer over traditional Smart Net Total Care, which provides onsite troubleshooting expertise to aid in the diagnostics and isolation of hardware issues within our customers’ Cisco Hyper-Converged environment. It is delivered by a Cisco Certified field engineer (FE) in collaboration with a remote TAC engineer and a Virtual Internetworking Support Engineer (VISE).

Cisco UCS Drive Retention Service
With the Cisco UCS Drive Retention Service, you can obtain a new disk drive in exchange for a faulty drive without returning the faulty drive.
