How can I access the SPA3000 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Menu?
This article is one in a series to assist in the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cisco Small Business products (formerly Linksys Business Series).
To access the IVR menu of the SPA3000 you need to press the asterisk (*) four times on the analog phone attached to the SPA3000.
Below is the list of IVR menus:
Note: If the Administrator password is not set or the user is allowed to change it, the items marked with Requires a Password will not require a password.
