Restore Factory Defaults and Reboot on the CVR100W VPN Router
A factory reset is an entire reset on a device to factory defaults. This is useful when you want to remove an undesirable configuration that is present on the device.
Device reboot is necessary for some of the new configurations made on the web configuration utility to take effect. A reboot (or restart) of the network device is made if the device is frozen, or certain settings on the device have been changed.

Step 1. Log in to the web configuration utility and choose Administration > Restore Factory Defaults. The Restore Factory Defaults page opens:
