This document describes a limitation with TelePresence Server Version 1 in regards to multiple presentations in a conference.
Why is it not possible to start a presentation in a conference on the TelePresence Server while another presentation is shown?
If you use a TelePresence Server that runs software version 1.0, new content is only allowed if there is not a presentation already in the conference. You must wait until the current presentation stops. However, for software version 1.1 and later you can allow a presentation to start while another presentation is shown. This action stops the original presentation.
In order to start a new presentation, complete these steps:
Log into the TelePresence Server and select Configuration > System settings.
