This document describes what to do if, when you use the TelePresence Server, you are unable to see the small panes at the bottom of the screen.

The information in this document was created from the devices in a specific lab environment. All of the devices used in this document started with a cleared (default) configuration. If your network is live, make sure that you understand the potential impact of any command.
You are unable to see the small panes at the bottom of the screen when you use the TelePresence Server.
Small panes are visible only when the option to display small panes is enabled. In order to display these, complete these steps:
Log into the TelePresence Server and go to Configuration > System settings.
In the Default endpoint settings section, select Show continuous presence panes.
Click Apply Changes.
This global setting can be overridden for an individual endpoint. Therefore, if this problem is seen for a specific endpoint but not for others, you should:
Go to Endpoints and select the endpoint.
Select Show continuous presence panes and click Update endpoint.
