When accessing the web console, the user receives an IIS-based error that refers to no permissions or limited permissions to access the web.config file.
Complete these steps in order to grant the user access:
Go to the web console directory, normally found in the install directory for TEO.
It is a requirement that the Users group be in the web.config file and web console directory so that the background users can access the file.
In order to grant access, right-click on the file and folder, and add the correct security profiles. For more information on Windows security, refer to Microsoft's website .
