Each of the DoD Military Branches, Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marine Corps entered into a GEMSS Agreement awarded through Cisco "Gold Partners" for providing software, hardware support, and technical support and services in June 2022.
GEMSS is the DoD Military Branch's transition from the Cisco Joint Enterprise Level Agreements (JELA) that have supported the DoD since 2014.
Through GEMSS, the military branches have unlimited access to DNA Advantage Software licenses for route, switch, wireless, Smart Net Total Care for their entire Cisco branded infrastructures, Software Support Services (SWSS) to maintain perpetual software installed on hardware assets, and dedicated Network Consulting Services to support design, implementation, delivery, and management of their Cisco environments.
