This Single Server Deployment should be used for deployments where the following configuration parameters are met:

  • a maximium of 1500 concurrent agents in Unified CCE
  • a maximium of 150 Unified CCMP Users
  • a maximium of 200 Unified CCMP Folders (with a folder depth no greater than 5)

    This configuration should be used for deployments where a separate Unified CCMP Web Server is to be deployed and the following configuration parameters are met:

  • a maximum of 8000 concurrent agents in the connected Unified CCE instance
  • a maximum of 48000 configured agents in the connected Unified CCE instance
  • Unified CCMP user count does not exceed 800 users
  • Unified CCMP folder structure does not contain more than 600 folders with a depth of 6 deep

    Cisco announces end of sale and end of life for: When the hardware support is specified as "Yes (See details)", the following exceptions exist, as applicable to the TRC or Specs-based policy referenced:
    • ECE 12.0 only provides spec-based support for HX240c M5SX.


    IOPS and Storage System Performance Requirements

  • CPU usage (average) should not exceed 60% for the ESXi Server and for each of the individual processors, and for each VM.
  • Memory usage (average) should not exceed 80% for the ESXi Server and for each of the VMs.
  • VM snapshots are not supported in production since they have significant impact on system performance.
  • Enable hyperthreading on all ESXi servers.
  • The SAN must be able to handle the following Unified CCE application disk I/O characteristics.
