Master Service Provider Certified Partner Qualifications:
- Provide competitive advantage by adopting new technologies with a fixed cost and less risk
- Sell and deliver a minimum of two Cisco Powered cloud or managed services through your Network Operations Center (NOC) or through an outsourced NOC and offer enhanced management and stewardship practices
- Implement IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation processes, practices, and tools that support Cisco advanced technologies at all lifecycle phases: prepare, plan, design, implement, operate, and optimize
- Submit at least two customer references and a service level agreement (SLA) with an end customer for each Cisco Powered service
- Apply for one or more Cisco Powered services designations for specific services, indicating that those services have met the highest Cisco user-experience standards
Master Cloud Builder Partner Qualifications:
Partners with a top-notch data center and cloud practice can achieve a Master Cloud Builder Specialization regardless of certification level.
- To achieve this Master-level specialization, partners must first achieve the Cisco Advanced Data Center Architecture Specialization and meet stringent requirements that demonstrate their Master-level capabilities and established customer success track record in the following areas:
- Selling skills and personnel investments
- Training
- Demonstration of the partner’s capabilities
- Customer references to prove they have a reputable practice

- After a Cisco Certification Program Manager validates your application, the manager will forward your application to schedule an audit. A third-party auditing firm will contact you to arrange an audit date.
Master Security Specialized Partner Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver sophisticated Cisco security solutions and have met stringent requirements that are independently audited by Cisco and a third-party auditor
- Achieved successful delivery of Cisco security solutions focused on secure communications, secure hosts, and threat defense, as well as Cisco TrustSec technology
- Met additional Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) personnel requirements with the deep technology skills you require
- Met comprehensive services assessment across the Cisco Lifecycle Services phases, including International Organization for Standardization (ISO) post-implementation support (with day-two troubleshooting and solution optimization)
Master Unified Communications Specialized Partner Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver sophisticated Cisco collaboration solutions and have met stringent requirements that are independently audited by Cisco and a third-party auditor
- Achieved successful delivery of integrated, multiple collaboration solutions and application integration in areas such as Cisco Contact Center and Unified Messaging, rich media, mobility, and Cisco Unified Presence solutions
- Met additional Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) personnel requirements, industry-recognized project management credentials, and Cisco and third-party application integration
- Met comprehensive services assessment across the Cisco Lifecycle Services phases, including ISO post-implementation support (with day-two troubleshooting and solution optimization)
Gold Certified Partner Qualifications:
- Achieved four advanced technology specializations: Unified Communications, Routing and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN , (this current requirement option is available until 31-Jul-2012)
or
Achieved advanced specialization across three Cisco architectures: Borderless Networks, Collaboration, and Data Center (this new requirement is effective 01-Aug-2012)
- Expertise in Cisco Lifecycle Services
- Met personnel requirement of four Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) individuals
- Maintain measurably high level of customer satisfaction
- All qualifications will be validated through an objective, independent audit
Silver Certified Partner Qualifications:
- Achieved two of the following advanced technology specializations: Unified Communications, Routing and Switching, Security, Wireless LAN, Unified Computing Technology, or Unified Fabric Technology; or have achieved the Express Unified Communications Specialization and one of the following advanced technology specializations: Routing and Switching, Security, Wireless LAN, Unified Computing Technology, or Unified Fabric Technology, (this current requirement option is available until 31-Jul-2012)
or
Achieved advanced specialization across two architectures (Borderless Networks, Collaboration, Data Center, or IP Next-Generation Network), or one architecture and one advanced technology (this new requirement is effective 01-Aug-2012)

- Expanded technical competency in the integration of basic routing and switching, wireless LANs, and security technologies
- Achieved advanced specialization in one architecture (Borderless Networks, Collaboration, Data Center or IP Next-Generation Network), or Express Foundation Specialization with proven expertise in Cisco solutions for commercial customers with 100 to 1500 employees
- Achieved basic level of Cisco Lifecycle Services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Select Certified Partner Qualifications:
- Achieved Cisco Small Business Specialization or Small Business Foundation Specialization, which focus on small and medium-sized business customers with fewer than 250 employees
- Achieved technology and business expertise specific to the small business market
Cloud Builder Qualifications:
- Demonstrated competencies to deliver the entire cloud infrastructure, management applications, and professional services to sell and implement end-to-end Cisco based cloud solutions
