Adding this service:

  • Extends support from one to three years
  • Adds next-business-day advance hardware replacement
  • Expands English language phone support from eight hours, five days a week to 24-hours, seven days a week

For businesses that require higher levels of support, the Partner Rapid Response option provides access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the Small Business Support Center (English only) and four-hour hardware replacement, where available.
