The Cisco Partner Specialization Program provide you with training to develop and demonstrate your expertise in technologies, solutions, and Cisco Lifecycle Services through structured training road maps and a knowledge validation process. This expertise enables your company to differentiate itself from competitors, pursue new markets, and migrate to higher margin services-based and solutions-based business models.

Specializations reflect the depth of technology skills, with specialization levels available to provide more differentiation opportunities – Entry, Express, Advanced, and Master Specialization. Levels include sales, technical, and Cisco Lifecycle Services training in the Unified Communications technology area.

Express Specialization:

The Express Unified Communications Specialization is the first technology specialization that integrates key solutions in the area of converged data/voice/video networking.

Advanced Specialization:

The Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialization recognizes partners for their knowledge and expertise in selling, designing, installing, and supporting comprehensive, integrated network voice solutions. The focus of the specialization is on developing sales, technical, and services capabilities that distinguish partners as being among the industry’s elite in providing integrated, collaborative, adaptive solutions.

Master Specialization:

Partners that achieve a Master Unified Communications Specialization have proven themselves as having the most in-depth technology skills and customer success in selling, deploying and providing services for more sophisticated, value-added Cisco voice solutions. The Master Specialization designation for Unified Communications builds on the Advanced Unified Communications Specialization and is targeted at an elite group of partners providing greater opportunities for competitive differentiation, branding, and the highest Cisco VIP rebate.

Other Specialization:

The Cisco Customer Relationship Management Express Specialization recognizes partners that offer integrated communications to small and midsize businesses. The Cisco CRM Express Specialization, developed with content and feedback from Microsoft, will allow partners to generate more revenue by marketing themselves as having the expertise to integrate Cisco CallManager Express (CME) with the Microsoft CRM application. The Cisco CRM Express Specialization complements the Cisco IP Communications strategy by recognizing partners for their knowledge and expertise in selling, designing, and installing a comprehensive IP telephony-integrated solution based on Microsoft CRM software. The the CRM Express Specialization will retire on September 30, 2007. The last day new or renewal applications will be accepted for this specialization is June 30, 2007. The specialization will remain valid for one year from achievement date.
