Global Resale Partner ProgramGold, Silver, Premier, and Select certifications are awarded based on an organization's ability to support customers within a single country or Cisco-defined country grouping as part of the Local Resale Partner Program. The Cisco Global Resale Partner Program builds upon this to recognize partners who have expertise in selling and supporting Cisco solutions across the globe or multiple countries. Multinational CertificationMultinational certification builds upon the Channel Certification Program to recognize partners that have expertise in selling, deploying and supporting Cisco integrated solutions across multiple countries in a given Cisco theater. Theaters are a follows: United States and Canada, European Markets, Emerging Markets, Asia Pacific and Japan. Multinational certification in the Emerging Markets theater is divided into two sub theaters: Latin America and Middle East and Africa. All CEE countries are now part of the European theater for the purposes of the Multinational and Global programs. Country Groupings for the Multinational Program A partner that achieves the required number of Silver and Gold certifications within the theater, as outlined below, will be recognized as a Multinational Certified Partner for that theater. To qualify, a partner must have a multinational resale agreement for the subject theater.
Global CertificationGlobal certification recognizes partners with expertise and resources to plan, design, implement and operate Cisco networking solutions across the globe. To be Global certified, a partner must have a global resale agreement and satisfy certification requirements across three continental regions as outlined below.
