The Datalogic Memor™ mobile computer maximizes a compact and light weight form factor for ease of use and shirt pocket convenience without compromising durability. The computer architecture consists of a PXA310 microprocessor, the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system and memory of 128 MB RAM / 256 MB Flash.
Memor provides voice and data communication. A GSM/GPRS/Edge radio provides a broadband cellular connection in the field. Inside the four walls, the Summit IEEE 802.11b/g radio’s optimized transmit power and receiver sensitivity result in superior range. Complimented by a CCX v4 security certification from Cisco, the Memor provides infrastructure compatibility focused on enterprise requirements for encrypted communication and seamless roaming.
The Memor 2D scan engine leverages picture technology to capture a wide range of Linear, Stacked, and 2D codes while also providing the flexibility to capture a signature or drivers license. Digital image decoding software increases read accuracy of damaged and poor quality barcodes while enabling the user to scan from almost any orientation.
Wavelink Avalanche® device maintenance and management tools make the Memor a simple device to both deploy and maintain. Datalogic Firmware, Desktop and Configuration Utilities complete the package with unprecedented ability to customize device configuration to the use environment or process.
