Engagement Manager: Effectively communicates with the account team, customer, and partner(s) for multiple project coordination including sizing and scoping the network delivery strategy. Key deliverables include: well defined customer and partner facing Statement(s) of Work ("SOW"), risk assessment/mitigation, partner and internal pricing, margin analysis and a smooth transition to the Project Manager.

Project Manager: Is the point-of-contact for project coordination and is responsible for project plan development, project plan execution, milestone and work breakdown schedules, P&L reporting and overall change management procedures according to the Statement(s) of Work ("SOW"). Must possess a solid understanding of technology.

Must understand the integration requirements of multiple Cisco devices supporting end-to-end features sets and the integration requirements of third party devices.
