Role Requirements

To achieve an IP Communications Express Specialization, Cisco requires the partner to fulfill each defined job role: Account Manager, Systems Engineer, and Field Engineer. An individual can be allocated to a maximum of two job roles in a maximum of two specializations.

The IP Communications Express Specialization requirements are as follows:

Account Manager: Responsible for IP Communications sales methodology and customer engagement.

    Required Pre-requisite
  • Cisco Sales Expert (#646-203 or #646-202)

    Note: From March 7, 2006 through May 31, 2006, you may earn your Cisco Sales Expert badge by successfully completing either exam #646-203 or #646-202. After June 1, 2006, exam #646-202 will be retired and be replaced by exam #646-203; however the certification remains valid for two years from the pass date.
