Requirement - Indirect Channel Partner Agreement (ICPA)

To become a Cisco Registered Partner, companies that do not have a direct resale agreement with Cisco are required to review and accept the terms and conditions of this Indirect Channel Partner Agreement (ICPA). This agreement applies both to resellers and to companies that do not resell, but provide professional services related to Cisco products.

For partners participating in the Managed Services Channel Program, the ICPA is supplemented with an International Addendum that provides the ability to transact and provision services anywhere in the world, and alleviates the need to register and maintain individual ICPAs on a country-by-country basis. Both the ICPA and the International Addendum are requirements of the Managed Services Channel Program.
