Cisco Powered Transition into MSCP

Managed Services Channel Program

Supporting the unique needs of managed service providers, the Managed Services Channel Program (MSCP) helps partners grow their managed services practice through consistent global terms and discount rights, a focus on more profitable advanced technologies and Cisco IP transport, and by sharing Cisco tools and expertise to help create tangible differentiation for Cisco Powered managed services.

Key Trends in Managed Services:

  • Economic: Accelerated growth due to capital budget pressures and the need to align investment to customer demand
  • Industry: Changing application models and new technologies speed the creation of new, innovative services
  • Market: Globalization creates new competitive pressures as end users expect “always on” access to applications and services - any time, any place, anywhere, on any device
