How Do I Enroll and Prepare for Audit?

Step 1:

  • Discuss your business objectives with your Cisco account team.
  • Use the Pre-Qualification Worksheet with your Cisco account team to assess your readiness.

Step 2:

Read and understand the MSCP program requirements

  • Cisco Offer-Based Channel Model Audit and Policies Document
    Contains audit requirements for MSCP.
  • Managed Services Terms and Conditions
MSCP-specific terms and conditions that supplement existing System Integrator (SI) or Indirect Channel Partner Agreements (ICPA).
  • Managed Services Portfolio Requirements Document and Bills of Material
Requirements for each managed service at all available levels for that service, and eligible products listed at the product family level.

Step 3:

  • Familiarize yourself with the Enrollment Process
  • Determine the service(s) you wish to apply for using the Services Designation Chart
  • Prepare for audit:
    • Do you have the required documentation as outlined in the Program Requirements documents?
    • Do you meet the prerequisites as outlined in the Managed Services Portfolio Requirements document?
    • Do you understand your obligations and entitlements?

Step 4:

Apply for the Program using the Certification & Specialization Application Tool

What's Next? An MSCP program manager will review your application and respond within five business days of submission.

For more information, contact your Cisco channel account manager (CAM) or e-mail the MSCP team.
