Managed Data Center Interconnect

Improve Data Center Business Continuity

Accessing critical information and ensuring continuous operations 24 hours a day is a must for many businesses. A successful business continuity strategy often involves having two or more data centers that can safeguard and deliver business-critical application services anytime. Locating primary and redundant data centers outside the threat radius, often well beyond the reach of the metro area, is the most effective way to protect information. A Managed Data Center interconnect service based on a Cisco optical network solution forms the basis for supporting data center interconnection services along with providing a wide range of other network services.

  • Supports redundancy features to enable transparent failover in the event of a fiber failure
