With the Managed TelePresence Network Connection service, you can help ensure a quality TelePresence experience for your customer.

Cisco TelePresence requires high bandwidth and quality-of-service (QoS) across the wide area network (WAN).

This service:

  • Helps ensure the network meets industry and regulatory standards, and TelePresence requirements for network architecture, management, and performance, including measurement, staff, processes and tools.
  • Is based on a Cisco validated architecture design, incorporating Cisco and industry best practices for service architecture, network management, and network operation processes to support Cisco TelePresence service.

You can choose to offer customers inter-company TelePresence connectivity to set yourself apart from the competition. This enhancement establishes additional levels of security within the network to support collaboration, including:

  • Network-based session border control
  • Network Address Translation (NAT)/firewall traversal
  • Support for encrypted sessions (media and signaling options)
  • Inter-VPN reachability
  • Route authentication
  • Management and access security
  • Enterprise call admission control

Working with a Cisco managed services provider can help customers gain competitive advantage by adopting new technologies with a fixed cost and less risk.

A service with the Cisco Powered managed service designation meets or surpasses standards for a premium service experience as defined by the market, by Cisco, and by the industry. This designation has been validated through an objective, independent audit.
