The Security Competitive Equipment Exchange allows specific competitive products to be traded-in toward the purchase of Cisco products and solutions. Only valid trade-in/trade-to combinations will receive trade-in credit through the TMP Calculator. The List of eligible product combinations is referenced below.

Eligibility	All Cisco partners are eligible to participate in the Technology Migration Program (TMP). TMP is available to partners via Cisco Commerce Workspace. Certified partners are also eligible to participate in the Trade-in Accelerator Program (TAP).
Availability	This TMP promotion is available worldwide. It expires on: January 31, 2013.
Target Market
Discount	This promotion provides up to 25% credit off the list price of the Cisco products referenced in the spreadsheet below. These discounts are in addition to the normal contracted discount. Actual TMP credit amount will vary depending on product and quantity of product being traded-in and purchased.
List of eligible product combinations	Only Competitive product trade-in / Cisco product trade-to combinations listed in the spreadsheet are eligible under this TMP promotion.
Promotion Rules	Standard Cisco TMP Terms and Conditions apply. You must return the traded-in equipment according to your theater specific instructions.
