Unified Contact Center Enterprise Lab Equipment


The lab equipment is to be used by the ATP partner solely for support, training, customer proof-of-concept, and other similar internal activities. Partners may purchase or lease this equipment direct from Cisco at the partner’s discount set forth in the partner’s direct or indirect Reseller Agreement with Cisco or at other pricing as may be offered by Cisco from time to time.

Technical Services Delivery Guide for Partners

An additional lab design document is available for download from the ATP invitation site once the partner has been approved to participate in the ATP program.

In addition to building the lab, the partner is encouraged to complete a set of exercises designed to validate the correct deployment of the lab system. The lab exercises are available for download from the ATP invitation site once the partner has been approved to participate in the ATP program.

Lab Software

Partners can order the following Not for Resale (NFR) software through Cisco Distribution or the Discount Authorization Request Tool (DART) where DART is available.
