Cisco IP Contact Center Express Specialist

Building upon a strong operational understanding of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express v.9.0, the candidate will demonstrate the capacity to design, implement and operate a robust customer-response environment. The design phase will include instruction on mapping technical features to business requirements, capacity planning, reporting options and configuration options. The implement phase will cover installation processes, integration with call control elements, application elements of the Contact Center applications (triggers, queuing, intelligent call routing, etc.), Unified Contact Center Express Application Editor and other features. The operate phase will instruct on basic agent and supervisor tasks, system troubleshooting best-practices, system monitoring, licensing and backup procedures.
