Participation in the Cisco ServiceGrid Reseller Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) Program is by invitation only. This program focuses on automating the integration of business processes. It also promotes the highly secure exchange of support information in the cloud between enterprise IT and external service providers.

This Reseller-level program helps partners market and resell the branded Cisco ServiceGrid offering by using a "connect once, connect all" integration approach.

Account Manager

The Cisco ServiceGrid Reseller ATP Program has one role: account manager. The individual who fulfills this role may be an existing employee of the ATP Partner. Cisco does not require the ATP Partner to hire additional employees to fulfill this role.

Account Manager

The account manager (AM) is responsible for managing the customer relationship. Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, positioning, transacting, and renewing the resale of Cisco ServiceGrid software and Cisco assessment and deployment services.
