The Cisco TelePresence Video Express Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) Program is an invitation-only program. The program identifies, qualifies, trains, and enables a select set of Cisco Channel partners to market TelePresence video endpoints, targeted infrastructure and differentiate themselves based on their breadth of unique AV integration skills.

ATP Requirements:
The Cisco TelePresence Video Express ATP Program has established two roles. Persons filling roles must be employees and reside in the same Country where the ATP Partner is fulfilling the program requirements.
- Account Manager (AM)
- Field Engineer (FE)
Note: Role sharing guidelines for Cisco TelePresence Video Express ATP Program: One individual may not fulfill more than one job role within the TelePresence Video Express ATP Program.
Following is a summary of training format, cost, and duration specifically for each role, as well as additional general training requirements. All costs and duration are approximate and may vary by region. Note: All Exams outlined per role are required. Partners can choose to test out of training, however the training outlined below is highly recommended.
Account Manager (AM)
The Account Manager is responsible for managing the customer relationship, setting customer expectations, and advancing the sales lifecycle. Responsibilities include uncovering business opportunities and challenges; positioning products and solutions for the Cisco TelePresence Video Express architecture, applications, and solutions; preparing technical responses to requests for proposals (RFPs); providing sales support for installed customers; and engaging with their Cisco Partner Account Manager (PAM) as necessary.

Field Engineer (FE)
The Field Engineer is a post sales engineer responsible for implementing and operating products and solutions. Responsibilities include installing and configuring the TelePresence products and software associated with the Cisco TelePresence Video Express solution at the customer site(s); troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during deployment; providing installation testing and turn-up services; providing problem determination, analysis, and problem resolution; providing customer technical support as required and engaging Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as required for hardware and software support and problem resolution.
