TelePresence Video Advanced Authorized Technology Provider Requirements

To achieve a TelePresence Video Advanced ATP certification, partners must fulfill each of the following defined job roles:

  • Account Manager
  • Systems Engineer
  • Field Engineer

Note: Role sharing guidelines for ATPs are unique and specific for each ATP program. These guidelines sit outside of the role sharing guidelines used for specializations and certifications, allowing a partner to utilize roles that have already been assigned in one or more specialization or certification programs. One individual may not fulfill more than one job role within the TelePresence Video Advanced ATP Program. Persons filling roles must be employees and reside in the same Cisco theater where the ATP Partner is fulfilling the program requirements.

Because technology continues to evolve, Cisco ATP requirements are subject to change. Please refer to this site often to help ensure that you meet all current program requirements.
