Payment Terms
The sponsorship fee is due in full September 26, 2009. All fees are deemed fully earned and nonrefundable when due unless the application is denied. This application and the agreement are not transferable. Noncompliance with any payment terms or cancellation by the exhibitor will, among other things, result in loss of space and collection of any fees due. After you mail a check using Federal Express, send an e-mail to Gretchen Nakamura confirming shipment with Federal Express tracking number.
