1) Welcome (Cisco rep.) - 3 min.
2) Introduction (Cisco volunteers) - What you do for Cisco, your role, job description, a typical work day - 3-4 min. each, total 8 min.
3) "I am an Engineer" video - 5 min.
4) Real World Solutions Activity - 35 min.
5) Lunch (Pizza) - 5 min.
6) Wrap-up & Evaluations - 5 min.

Number of School Administrators: 3 instructors & 1 counselor attended
Invites: All Science, Math, & Technology female students; an e-mail sent to app. 30 teachers from those courses & to counselors; flyers distributed in classes
