Efforts to provide access to quality education for all groups have led to the U.S. Department of Education designation of Minority Serving Institutions. The Cisco Networking Academy Program is working with these organizations to achieve digital equity in underserved areas to benefit African-Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, Native Alaskans, Hawaiians and other minorities. Rights maintains a list and definitions for those that are eligible
