About the Cisco Networking Academy Ecosystem Donations Program At Cisco Systems, we believe that the most valuable contribution we can make is to provide the resources that help empower individuals to reach their potential. The Cisco Education Ecosystem is a collection of educational institutions, corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations that are working together to build value through the innovative application of technology within education. These partners share Cisco's commitment to the global community and, together, we are committed to providing for lasting change. Partner contributions include sponsoring Networking Academy curriculum, supporting local programs, and offering products and services to Cisco Networking Academies at discounted prices. Through the Ecosystem Donations Program, Cisco and its Ecosystem Partners are also making generous donations to Cisco Networking Academies in underserved communities. To qualify for an Ecosystem Donation, you must be an active Cisco Networking Academy Program and have a demonstrated need for the donation item(s). Preference is given to Academies located in a U.S. Empowerment Zone, U.S. Native American Reservation, Least Developed Country, or Developing Country. If your Academy does not meet such geographic qualifications but serves a majority of underrepresented or economically disadvantaged students, we encourage you to apply as well. The donations are focused on programs that extend useful innovation and attempt to make lasting positive change. Please be prepared to explain and/or demonstrate how you qualify. Follow the link below to learn about some of the Academies that have been selected to receive donation through the Ecosystem Donations Program.
