- CVP Technical Overview - in this module you will
 - explore the basic context for understanding CVP, including its function, its relationship to VoiceXML, and the network environment within which it operates
 - review the basics of the CVP Studio and CVP VXML Server software
  - describe the features of the CVP Studio and CVP VXML Server
- Developing a Self-Service Application with CVP Studio - in this module you will
 - develop and deploy a voice application and determine how voice elements can be used to collect caller input, record a message, and perform telephony transfers
 - work with Decision, Action elements and other elements
 - incorporate pre-written custom components into the CVP Studio project and work with the productivity and usability features of Studio
- CVP VXML Server Operations and Troubleshooting
 - explore the administration of CVP VXML Server
 - learn about CVP VXML Server directory structure
 - understand the difference between global administration scripts and application specific administration scripts
 - troubleshoot CVP VXML Server
 - learn the difference between global and application specific VXML Server logs.
- Creating Custom Components in CVP Studio - in this module you will explore
 - the CVP APIs used to create custom components
 - the 4 different scopes of data: Global, Application, Session, and Element
 - Call Start and Call End actions
 - Standard Action and Decision elements
- Dynamic Configurations for elements
  - custom configurable elements and the difference between custom and Standard elements
 - creating and customizing Say It Smart plug-ins
