Learning Credits are registered and managed in an online database that tracks transactions, validates redemptions, and sends monthly statements. This tool, available 24 hours per day, allows you to view your credit balance, review account transactions, monitor the courses taken by individuals and departments in your organization, and generate reports.
Your Cisco Account Manager designates a Team Captain, Learning Credits Management Tool administrator, for your company. The Team Captain is authorized to:
- Manage credits for your company
- Administer the tool
- Receive monthly statements
- Receive automatic notifications whenever a transaction occurs
- Assign Team Players, additional users authorized to administer the tool
Cisco uses the contact information in the Learning Credits Management Tool to send transaction notifications as well as monthly statements. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain accurate contact information.
