How to Redeem Cisco Learning Credits

Your Learning Credits are registered in the Learning Credits Management Tool and are available for immediate redemption with a participating Cisco Learning Partner. Learning Credits are valid for one year upon purchase. Working with a Cisco Learning Partner, you select the training desired and agree on the number of Learning Credits required. You provide the registrar the Cisco Sales Order number as payment for the offering (the sales order number has already been entered by Cisco in the Learning Credits Management Tool).

The Learning Partner validates that the Learning Credits are available for redemption. If the Learning Credits Management Tool accepts, the Learning Partner completes the registration and debits your account accordingly. You receive a registration confirmation from the Learning Partner as well as notification from the Learning Credits Management Tool that the credit balance has changed.

Cisco Learning Credits can be redeemed for authorized training whether classroom, web-based or custom training. Please check with the Learning Partner selected for specific redemption policy.
