Exam DescriptionThe 646-171 SMBAM SMB Account Manager exam is the exam associated with the SMB AM job role. Candidates can prepare for this exam by taking the SMB University Foundation and Security courses. This exam tests a candidate's knowledge to be able to articulate the value of the Cisco SMB Solution and understanding basic customer SMB business requirements.
