The Cisco Rich Media Communications 642-481CRMC exam tests the candidate's knowledge and skills to provide presales technical support, design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco rich media solutions based on Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express and Cisco Unified Videoconferencing.
