Appointments can be made at the information counter in the Registration area (Venetian/Sands Conference Center, Level 1) during open registration hours.
Demos are scheduled every 15 minutes. Each demo will accommodate 4-5 partners.

Meeting Registration Process – By Appointment Only
Demonstrations will be done by appointment only. Please proceed to the information counter in the Registration area (Level 1) during open registration hours to secure your reservation. The TelePresence seats will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and demonstrations will last 15 minutes.
