Keith Goodwin leads Cisco’s Worldwide Channels organization, responsible for the global strategy that supports Cisco’s business with more than 30,000 partners. More than 80 percent of Cisco products and services are sold through channel partners—systems integrators, value-added resellers, distributors, and others whose innovative solutions based on Cisco products and services extend the reach of Cisco’s sales and services organizations around the world.

Goodwin oversees a channel partner program that is widely recognized as leading the industry. He and his team create strategies and programs that increase profitable growth for partners and build partner capability to accelerate marketplace adoption of solutions based on Cisco advanced and emerging technologies.

John Chambers

John Chambers

John Chambers is Chairman and CEO of Cisco Systems. Since January 1995, when he assumed the role of CEO, Chambers has grown the company from US$1.2 billion in annual revenues to its current run-rate of approximately US$30 billion. In November 2006, he was named Chairman of the Board, in addition to his CEO role.

Chambers has been lauded by government leaders and countless publications worldwide for his visionary strategy, his ability to drive an entrepreneurial culture, and his warm-hearted, straight-talking approach.

In 2006, Chambers co-led a U.S. delegation of business and helped to form the Lebanon Partnership Program to provide critically needed resources to assist in the ongoing reconstruction efforts in Lebanon. He has received numerous awards, including the Best CEO in America in the “Telecommunications, Data Networking” category by Institutional Investor magazine, as well as the Excellence in Corporate Philanthropy Award from the Committee to Encourage Corporate Philanthropy (CECP), an international forum of more than 120 CEOs and board chairpersons focused on corporate philanthropy.

Charles Giancarlo

Charles Giancarlo

and President, Cisco-Linksys LLC

A twelve-year veteran of Cisco, Chief Development Officer Charles Giancarlo is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Cisco technology development. Under his leadership, over 16,000 engineers are innovating in many different areas to advance communications technology. The technologies under Giancarlo’s direction include emerging technologies, unified communications, digital video, wireless networking, routing, switching, security, storage networking, and network management. Cisco technology teams are developing solutions for the enterprise, service provider, small and medium business, and consumer market segments.

In another significant role, Giancarlo is President of Cisco-Linksys, LLC, an independent division of Cisco providing wired and wireless products for the high growth consumer and SOHO networking market. Cisco-Linksys is the home networking leader, with revenues of close to $1 billion. Linksys is expanding its business internationally and among Service Providers, as well as continuing to build market share among the company’s core users.

Susan L. Bostrom

With over eight years of experience at Cisco Systems in a variety of roles and more than twenty years of strategic marketing experience, Chief Marketing Officer, Sue Bostrom is responsible for developing and communicating Cisco’s vision and strategy through positioning, branding, advertising, and associated growth initiatives.

Bostrom’s organization consists of innovative marketing professionals who are responsible for acting as a stimulus for Cisco’s growth strategy and cultivating new opportunities in both new and existing market segments.

Bostrom also has responsibility for the Worldwide Government Affairs organization which develops and executes upon Cisco’s public policy agenda. The group partners with government leaders worldwide to develop policies that will enable the deployment of productivity enhancing technologies in areas such as healthcare information technology. The collaboration between Cisco’s public policy efforts and marketing is critical in helping Cisco to meet market demands in new and existing markets.

Richard Justice

Richard J. Justice

Rick Justice is senior vice president of Worldwide Operations and Business Development for Cisco Systems.

Justice’s operations responsibilities include leading Cisco’s global sales organization, which spans five geographical regions: the United States and Canada, European Markets, Emerging Markets, Asia Pacific, and Japan. This team represents about one-third of Cisco’s employees and includes sales, systems engineering, channels and operational support. In addition, he oversees the Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG), a strategic consulting arm of Cisco, Business Development and Strategic Alliances. In addition, Justice is a member of the Cisco Operating Committee, which develops and directs the company’s overall business strategy.
