This year the Public Services Summit will for the first time be offering all attendees access to a new social networking tool. The tool has been configured specifically for the event and is intended to help delegates identify (and meet up with) other attendees to exchange ideas and experiences. The tool helps you create a personal profile and then generates a pin map, showing connections (or matches) with the profiles of other attendees. The tool also has a sophisticated search facility that enables you to search for other delegates based on any of the questions used in generating the personal profile. Once you have found other attendees you might want to meet, the tool enables you to send a message to set up meeting at the event. The tool also has a discussion facility, where you can find out more about the specialist sessions or give your views on what these sessions should cover or on any other aspect of the event. We are keen for as many delegates as possible to use the tool, since like any network its value increases the greater the number of people who use it.
The tool is located at: http://pss.intronetworks.com/
To access the tool you will need to enter your username (the email address you gave on registration) and your password (your event registration number - this appears on the confirmation page after you have completed registration. If you have lost your registration number, please email pssummit@ciscoevents.com and we will send you confirmation of your registration number).
