You should depart from Oslo, Norway, from Gardemoen Oslo International Airport (located approximately 45 minutes from the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel by taxi).

Private Train

Transportation to Oslo, Norway for the Nobel Peace Prize Concert

Cisco has reserved transportation for all guests from Stockholm to Oslo. You will board a private train at Stockholm Central Station on Tuesday 11 December. Shuttle coaches from the Clarion Hotel Stockholm will be available to take you to the station in plenty of time.

The length of the trip is approximately 6 hours.

You will arrive at Oslo Central Station, located 100 meters walk from the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel. There will be hostesses available during the entire trip to answer questions and to direct you to the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel for check-in.

Airport Transfers

Upon arrival to Stockholm, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the airport. Stockholm Arlanda International Airport is located 45 minutes away by taxi from the Clarion Hotel Stockholm.

Arlanda Express, the airport express train, is located in the North and South Terminals at Arlanda International Airport, and arrives at Stockholm Central Station. Departs every 15 minutes.

Stockholm Ground transportation

Cisco has negotiated hotel rooms at a discounted rate at the Clarion Hotel Stockholm. When you registered, you should have indicated your arrival and departure dates. You must reserve your hotel rooms on the registration form in order to receive the discounted rate. Please refer to your confirmation letter/email for your reservation details.

If you choose to stay at a different hotel, you will need to contact the hotel directly to make reservations. Book early - hotels in Stockholm are usually filled to capacity in December.

Accommodation for Public Services Summit 2007 is held on a group basis. In the event that you cancel your hotel accommodation, 100% of charges will apply if your room cannot be resold. Your credit card provided during registration will be charged accordingly. The same applies if you fail to arrive at the hotel for the requested dates. Cancellation charges may be refunded by the hotel to your credit card if your room should be resold.

Free Wireless Access
There is wireless internet access in all public areas and bedrooms within the hotel, free of charge for Cisco guests. You will obtain wireless access cards at the Cisco Registration Desk.

Luggage transfer to Oslo

Your luggage will be transferred by road to the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel in Oslo on the evening of Monday 10 December. Your luggage will be delivered to your hotel room in Oslo the next day.

Any luggage not dropped off before leaving for the dinner, will need to be taken by yourself on the private train.

Note: When you are packing for the event, please bring an overnight carry case, which you can bring with you on the private train to Oslo the next day.

The Public Services Summit 2007 activities occurring in Oslo are located within walking distance of the hotel. No further ground transportation will be provided. Airport Transfers

Shuttles to the airport will be provided for all delegates. Shuttles will leave every hour on Tuesday 11 December, from 05:00 - 10:00 and is free of charge to guests.
