The event is taking place at our company headquarters in San Jose, California and the morning keynote sessions will be webcast live. Cisco Financial Analyst Conference 2010 is our annual event directed exclusively to Wall Street financial analysts. The purpose of the event is to communicate the Cisco business and technology vision, strategy, and direction to the financial community. Attendance at this conference is by invitation only and is limited to primary Wall Street financial analysts who closely follow Cisco.

May I send a colleague in my place if I cannot attend?

If you cannot attend the conference, call our registration team at 800 483-2917 (United States) or 971 223-0770 (international) to cancel your registration. You may send a colleague in your place if your colleague is qualified by the Cisco Investor Relations team. To seek qualification, send an email to CiscoFAC@regsvc.com with the name, title, and job function of the person you would like to send in your place. When confirmed, your qualified colleague will be required to submit a registration form.

Conference attendance is by invitation only. If you register in response to an invitation, you will receive an email confirmation of your conference registration within seven business days. If you registered without an invitation, your registration will be reviewed and a response sent within three business days.

Will the general session be available for viewing online if I cannot attend the conference?

Yes, the event will be available by audio webcast, so all financial analysts worldwide can view the executive presentations. The general session will be audio recorded and posted on the investor relations website. The general session will be archived and posted within 24 hours after the end of the conference and will be available for 60 days after the event.

Do I need to wear my badge during the whole conference?

Yes, wear your conference badge to all group functions and meetings so that you can be readily identified as an attendee of Cisco Financial Analyst Conference 2010. You will not be admitted to the sessions or activities without this identification.

Precautions are being taken to make sure of a safe and secure working environment at the conference. For that reason, we will be asking for photo identification at registration before releasing a conference badge. You will need to wear your badge during the entire event.
