A room block has been reserved at the Fontainebleau for the Cisco Collaboration Analyst & Consultant summit. Cisco will pay for hotel accommodations and in-room Internet connectivity for three nights, November 15, 16 and 17, 2011. Your hotel reservations must be booked through the conference registration process in order for these expenses to be paid by Cisco.
Extended Stays
If you want to extend your stay, Cisco has negotiated a rate of $229 USD plus taxes for three days before and three days after the event, subject to availability. Please note you are responsible for all expenses related to an extended stay. If you would like to take advantage of the conference rate, please let us know on your registration form.
Cost
Cisco will pay for the hotel room for the nights of November 15, 16 and 17, 2011, including tax and room Internet charge and conference meals. Attendees are responsible for payment of their hotel room and incidental expenses for any additional extended stay nights. You are also responsible for your air transportation and your ground transportation to and from the airport unless previously arranged with Cisco.
Ground Transportation
Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation to the hotel. Travel distance between the Miami International Airport and Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel is approximately 12 miles. Aventura Worldwide Transportation Services is the preferred ground transfer company and can be booked at your own expense by calling 800-944-9886 or email reservations@aventuralimo.com.
Parking
Valet parking is US$34 per day and includes in and out privileges. Self parking is not available.
