The conference registration deadline is October 16, 2009.

The conference is being held November 9–11, 2009 at the Hilton San Francisco in San Francisco, California. Please plan to arrive in San Francisco on Monday, November 9, 2009 by 12:30 p.m. Pacific Time and stay through noon on Wednesday, November 11, 2009.

A room block has been reserved at the Hilton San Francisco for the Cisco Consultant and Analyst Conference. Cisco will pay for hotel accommodations and in-room internet connectivity for two nights, November 9 and 10, 2009. Your hotel reservations must be booked through the conference registration process in order for these expenses to be paid by Cisco.

If you would like to extend your stay, Cisco has negotiated a rate of US$189, plus taxes, for five days before and five days after the event subject to availability. Please note you are responsible for all expenses related to an extended stay. If you would like to take advantage of the conference rate, please let us know on your registration form.

Cisco will pay for the hotel room for the nights of November 9th and 10th, 2009; including tax and room Internet charge and conference meals. All other nights Attendees are responsible for payment of their hotel room and incidental expenses. You are also responsible for your air transportation, ground transportation to and from the airport.

San Francisco International Airport to the Hilton San Francisco: Consultants and Analysts are responsible for their own ground transportation to the hotel. Taxi fare between the San Francisco International Airport and the Hilton San Francisco is approximately US$40.
