Children 18 and younger stay free. This special rate, which includes unlimited wireless Internet access in your guest room, is only guaranteed to be available if you reserve by May 30, 2008.

The cost per trip is $26 per person, payable by credit card in advance when you make your reservation. Motor coach transportation shuttle service to and from Albany International Airport and The Saratoga Hotel in Saratoga Springs, New York will be scheduled. The distance from airport to hotel is 25 miles, and the trip takes a little over 30 minutes. There will be an Empress Travel representative holding a sign in the airport baggage claim area, and the Wade Tours bus will be outside directly across from the baggage claim. You will proceed to the bus with your bag(s) and load them into the bus. Skycaps are available if needed, gratuity extra.

Welcome Reception

Please join us in experiencing the comfort and hospitality of the The Saratoga Hotel for the Welcome Reception that will officially begin the 4th annual Academy Conference. You'll be treated to a selection of beverages (beer, wine and soft drinks) and hot and cold hors d’ oeuvres. This is your opportunity to meet new friends, catch up with old friends and network with the "Cisco family". Don't forget to bring your Passport Card (included in your welcome package) with you to participate in the special drawings that will be held during the reception. You'll be asked to visit with Networking Academy partners and get your card stamped by each of them. Once you have visited with all partners, drop your fully stamped card into the drawing bin. Prize winner names will be drawn 10 minutes prior to the end of the Welcome Reception. See you there!

The Final Stretch!
Step back into time and join us at Canfield Casino, an 1870s gambling lounge and landmark venue in Saratoga Springs, home of the historic Saratoga Race Course. Mix and mingle in the Bar & Parlor, grab a frosty mug of root beer or lager and try your hand at video horse racing and other entertainment. A DJ will be available to liven things up during and after dinner. And be sure to visit the photographer before you leave to create a lasting memory with a souvenir photo.
