As a Virtual Account Manager for Cisco, Brent Collins helps turn his customer's IT visions into a reality by providing support every step of the way. Brent has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in sales. Since August 2012 he has succeeded in expanding Cisco's reach to new accounts while building relationships with current customers. By taking the time to fully understand client needs, he finished FY13 at 190% of goal. Prior to joining Cisco, Brent served as an Inside Sales Representative for EMC. During his time at EMC, Brent won several awards, including Top Sales Development Representative in 2011, multiple spiffs and sales competitions, two sales records, and he consistently surpassed his goals by helping EMC expand its reach to new customers while assisting current customers in solving their challenges.
