Horizons’ multimodal approach focuses on three core areas: (1) primary research such as customer surveys, focus groups, and subject-matter-expert interviews; (2) in-depth secondary research from market leaders and influencers; and (3) the application of predictive analytics to garner insights about technology innovations and quantify their impacts.
